Biography
The tiniest of The Monarch's henchman. He first appeared during The Monarch's Christmas attack on the Venture Compound where he dressed up as Joseph, the father of Jesus, in order to plant a bomb in the nativity manger.
He was later seen as a fellow inmate helping the Monarch while in Super-Villain Prison. He seemed to share a jail cell with The Monarch, and was working to hand-write microdots which The Monarch attached to monarch butterflies and then released. The Monarch fires him from one of his wrist-cannons as a projectile, at one of the prison guards. Whether or not Tiny Joseph survived the trauma of being launched is unknown, but his body appeared limp when picked up by the prison guard who was hit.
