The tiniest of The Monarch's henchman. He first appeared in A Very Venture Christmas where he dressed up as Joseph, the father of Jesus, in order to plant a bomb in the nativity manger.
He was later seen in Powerless in the Face of Death helping the Monarch while in prison. He seemed to share a jail cell with The Monarch, and was working to hand-write microdots which The Monarch attached to monarch butterflies and then released. Tiny Joseph's last appearance in the episode is after The Monarch fires him from one of his wrist-cannons as a projectile, at one of the prison guards. Whether or not Tiny Joseph survived the trauma of being launched is unknown, but his body appeared limp when picked up by the prison guard who was hit.
