Tiny Attorney was, as his appropriate name might suggest, an attorney of rather small stature growing out of the torso of an inbred country simpleton. He was enlisted as the trial lawyer, to prosecute The Monarch on false charges in The Trial of the Monarch.
The trial was later revealed to be a trap by the Strangers, under the command of Phantom Limb to capture Tiny Attorney, third on the Guild's most wanted list. The rest in the courtroom were subjected to a Level 3 memory wipe, while Phantom Limb places a hypnotic suggestion in Dr. Orpheus to cement a guilty verdict for the Monarch.
Right before his wedding to Dr. Girlfriend, The Monarch pays a visit to Phantom Limb in Showdown at Cremation Creek (Part 1). Limb, in an attempt to intimidate the Monarch, parades out some of his former prison mates and shoots at them. Amongst the prisoners is also Tiny Attorney. Before being shot, Tiny Attorney affirms that he did everything Phantom Limb asked.
