Rusty's Law

Rusty's Law was an agreement between Jonas Venture, the Guild of Calamitous Intent and possibly other parties that ensured that captured boy adventurers would be treated by their captors with a measure of regard for their health and safety. "Rusty's Law" is quite likely a nickname for the ordinance, obviously based upon the name of Jonas Venture's son Rusty.
