The Office of Secret Intelligence, or OSI, is a highly secretive agency of the United States government. They can issue a License to Kill to their agents. Brock Samson is one of their most famous members. When Brock first began there he was under the tutelage of the paranoid Col. Hunter Gathers
The OSI seems to be similar to the fictional GI Joe organization, although far more violent, going so far as to brutally murder every member of the evil organization SPHINX (A clear parody of COBRA). The most commonly seen OSI uniform also resembles that of SHIELD, a similar agency in Marvel comics. Other notable members of the OSI include Col. Gathers, Race Bannon, Mr. Doe and Mr. Cardholder, Shore Leave (temporarily known as Holy Diver), and the OSI's top assasins, Le Teur (parody of Kraven the Hunter), Go-Fish (Possible parody of Quinn from Jaws), and Herr Trigger (a parody of German fetishists in general).
As of the end of season 4, O.S.I. is left with Hunter Gathers as leader. General Treister shot himself in to space in hopes alien technology will fix his cancer he had been suffering with.
